Teacher development follows a predictable trajectory from Surviving (Stage 1) through Unitive (Stage 7). Each stage experiences burnout differently and requires different interventions. The Three Intelligences develop hierarchically: Emotional Intelligence enables Systems Intelligence, which enables Complexity Intelligence.
