About the Data Commons

The Data Commons is an open-access repository of research data from The Science of Teacher Care™ program. All datasets are de-identified, ethically collected, and IRB-approved. We believe in transparent science and encourage secondary analysis, replication studies, and meta-analyses.

What You'll Find:

  • Burnout Data: Longitudinal teacher burnout rates across demographics, regions, and time periods
  • Biomarker Data: Cortisol, HRV, inflammation markers, telomere length, and other biological indicators
  • Intervention Outcomes: Results from Six-Pack Model, WBES, CCIA, and other Care Science interventions
  • Demographic Data: Teacher characteristics, school contexts, and systemic factors
