Department of Public Servants Oversight

Servants Must Serve.

An independent, teacher-led oversight body that certifies, monitors, and holds accountable every person who holds power over the lives of others. No exceptions. No exemptions. No statute of limitations.

"Those who govern education without understanding children are not public servants. They are occupiers. And occupiers must be removed."

The Structural Failure

Untrained and non-certified lawmakers make mistakes at the largest scales. The damage takes decades — sometimes centuries — to recover from.

🌍

Environmental Destruction

Wolves exterminated from Yellowstone by lawmakers who did not understand predator-prey dynamics. 70 years of ecosystem collapse followed.

⚠️ Decades of rewilding required
🏫

Education Collapse

Standardized testing mandates written by politicians with no training in child development. Generations of children processed, not educated.

⚠️ Generational damage — still ongoing
🏘️

Community Destruction

Urban renewal policies written by economists who had never lived in the communities they demolished. Entire neighborhoods erased.

⚠️ Communities still have not recovered

There Are Too Many Lives at Stake

The current system allows anyone to hold power over education, health, environment, and community — regardless of whether they have ever studied, practiced, or lived within those domains. This is not governance. This is occupation.

The Six Pillars of Accountability

Non-negotiable standards for every person who holds public office.

Salary Cap
$50,000/year

All public office compensation is capped. Public service is a calling, not a career path to wealth. Those who serve for money should not serve at all.

Financial Transparency
Lifetime Monitoring

All personal financial accounts are monitored during and after office. Summaries are published publicly. The money trail is always visible. Always.

Retrospective Audit
All Previous Holders

A rigorous audit of all previous office holders — following the money, tracing the decisions, and enforcing mandatory sentences under Public Service Provisions where corruption is found.

Domain Certification
Before Taking Office

No one may hold power over a domain they are not certified to understand. Certification is required before taking office — not after.

CEU Compliance
Annual Requirement

Continual Education Units are mandatory every year in office. Failure to complete CEUs results in automatic suspension of voting rights on related legislation.

Public Accountability Score

Every public servant receives a live accountability score based on CEU completion, financial transparency compliance, domain certification, and citizen longevity outcomes in their district.

The Data Already Exists

Teachers are already rating their districts. That data feeds directly into the DPSO accountability framework.

📊

Rate Your District

Teachers assess their district on Domain Sovereignty criteria — who wrote the curriculum, who set the evaluation metrics, who made the decisions.

Teacher Armour

The DPSO exists to protect teachers from the institutional harm that makes armour necessary in the first place. Oversight is the upstream solution.

Restored Balance

The DPSO is the enforcement mechanism for the Domain Sovereignty Principle. Only those in the classroom write the laws that govern the classroom.

The Schoolyard Bullies Have Taken Over the School.

They must be disciplined, corrected, and held accountable. Not by the system they have captured — but by the teachers, the practitioners, and the communities they were supposed to serve.

The Department of Public Servants Oversight is how we take the school back.

PUBLIC CEU REGISTRY

Verify CEU Compliance

Search the public registry to verify whether administrators and school board members in your district have completed their required Continual Education Units.

No records found. Be the first to submit a CEU record for your district.

FILE A REPORT

Report a Domain Sovereignty Violation

If curriculum in your district was written by non-educators, or evaluation metrics were set by non-practitioners, file a formal report. Every report builds the accountability database.
