A Certified Trainer is an individual — a teacher, coach, counselor, administrator, or education professional — who has completed the full TeacherWorld certification pathway and is credentialed to deliver the Planet Joy or ABC frameworks independently.
This is not a consultant arrangement. Certified Trainers are members of the TeacherWorld Global Cooperative — they share in the cooperative's success, contribute to its knowledge base, and carry the mission of teacher regeneration into every corner of the world.
The frameworks you will be trained to deliver are not motivational content. They are grounded in the neuroscience of joy, the biology of burnout, and the FIDUROD analysis of what has systematically destroyed teacher wellbeing. You will need to understand this science deeply — and be able to communicate it with clarity, warmth, and precision.

Certified Camp Joy Facilitator — Required Prerequisite
The CCJF is the foundation. Before you can train others in the Planet Joy or ABC frameworks, you must have lived the experience yourself. The 54-hour CCJF program gives you the neurobiological grounding, facilitation skills, and personal transformation that make you a credible, effective trainer.

A 40-hour advanced training program that builds on your CCJF foundation. You will learn the full curriculum architecture, adult learning facilitation techniques, how to customize delivery for different organizational contexts, and how to navigate the resistance that arises when joy enters a FIDUROD-conditioned system.
Deliver two full training cycles under mentor observation
You will co-facilitate two complete training cycles with a TeacherWorld Master Trainer observing and providing feedback. This ensures that the frameworks are delivered with fidelity, care, and the biological precision that makes them effective. Your practicum is documented in your Trainer Portfolio.
Formal certification and TeacherWorld Trainer Registry listing
Your Trainer Portfolio — including participant feedback, self-assessment, and mentor evaluations — is reviewed by the TeacherWorld Certification Council. Upon approval, you are formally commissioned as a Certified Trainer and listed in the TeacherWorld Trainer Registry, making you discoverable by districts, schools, and organizations worldwide.

As a Certified Trainer, you have the right to deliver the frameworks independently — charging your own fees, setting your own schedule, and building your own training practice within the TeacherWorld Cooperative.
TeacherWorld operates as a cooperative. Certified Trainers participate in the cooperative's revenue-sharing model — a portion of every licensing agreement and training contract flows back to the trainer network.
Access to annual Trainer Summits, new curriculum modules as they are developed, and a private Trainer Community where you collaborate with and learn from other trainers worldwide.
As the Planet Joy and ABC frameworks evolve with new research, Certified Trainers receive updated materials and are supported in integrating new content into their delivery.
Certified Trainers have priority access to facilitate Camp Joy! programs at TeacherWorld Ranches, and are first considered for paid facilitation contracts as the ranch network expands.
