Where Am I?

I struggle to separate my worth from my performance. When things go badly, I feel worthless.

I have some sense of my own worth, but it is easily shaken by criticism or difficult days.

I generally know my worth, though I sometimes need reminding after hard periods.

My sense of worth is stable and unconditional. It does not depend on what the institution thinks of me.
