Content Management Guide

The Publishing Platform Admin allows you to manage content across all 8 platforms of TeacherWorld Publishing. Each platform has its own content type and management interface.

Getting Started:

  • Click "Manage" to view and edit existing content for each platform
  • Click "Add" to create new content (publications, videos, courses, etc.)
  • Use bulk upload for adding multiple items at once
  • Track engagement metrics through the analytics dashboard
  • All uploaded files are stored securely in S3 with CDN delivery

Content Guidelines:

  • Publications: PDF format, maximum 50MB, include full citation metadata
  • Videos: MP4 format or YouTube/Vimeo links, include transcripts for accessibility
  • Courses: Structured lessons with learning objectives, assessments, and certificates
  • Tools: Downloadable PDFs, Excel templates, or interactive web tools
